Sessions are completely customizable. You get to choose what we focus on in each session.
Sessions can look like this:

- Breathing & stress reduction
- Weight management
- Yoga practice & health coaching
- Grocery store tours
- Kitchen clean out
- Creating healthy habits
Sessions can be a one time option, weekly or monthly.
